March 2015:

Whether or not to expand; the residents doubted and asked IJzersterk Interieurontwerp for advice and a plan for the living room including an extension and the dining room. A large renovation followed; the extension was built with high, black slidingdoors, all the ceilings were renewed, walls were plastered, new light points were added and the interior ( furniture, lights and colors) was bought.

 

August 2017: the owners called IJzersterk again because they wanted to change the lay-out of the apartment. The idea was to move the kitchen to the living area in order to get more space for the bedrooms.

De old kitchen space was used to make a bigger bedroom with an walk-in closet.

During this new renovation other things were changed too; all the other doors and windows at the backside were changed for the same black aluminium frames, the garden was completely renewed and a shet was built. Throughout the house a new parquetfloor was installed.

They still liked the furniture, rug and lamps so this part of the interior could remain like it was.
