This apartment in a beautiful part of Amsterdam facing the Vondelpark, was bought as an investment. The owners live abroad so they asked IJzersterk Interiordesign to make a plan for the renovation, make all the drawings and finding companies to do the work.

The complete interior was arranged by Ijzersterk too.

 

The lay-out of the apartment was changed in order to create 2 bedrooms and have an open plan kitchen in the bright livingroom with high ceilings.

The apartment was stripped and rebuild. 

After the interior was installed and styled the keys were handed over to a expat-housing. A turn-key project!
